Fatherless
How can one not take care of their own? How can you pretend as if their child does not exist? How can you not feel obligated to take care or be there for your own? Money is not everything, spending time goes a long way too. Being a part time parent when it benefits you is not right nor fair to your child. It's really sad when men can really go on with their lifes without even being in their child's life. Some of these men even have the audacity to start another family and be there for their new child but don't think to even check on the child they've been created. What is crazy is that some if not majority of these men were raised without their fathers in their life. So knowing the feeling first hand on how it felt not having their dad there for them growing up teaching them how to ride your first bike, how to play a sport, how to run game on the ladies and how to become a man. Why do this to their own? I guess having their grand pops, uncles or mom's boyfriends teaching them these things that their father should have made them forget. What's even crazier is most of them hate their fathers for walking out on them and vowed never to do this to their own but yet they have. The cycle continues. They have seen first hand how their mother struggled to take care of them and their siblings. Working multiple jobs barely making ends meet. So why in the world would they turn their backs on their own when already knowing how it felt growing up fatherless. This question seems to never be answered because more and more kids are without fathers. And it's not because their dads are in jail or dead it because they just don't want to take care of their responsibilities. This is truly a coward move on their behalf regardless of them fighting their own inner demons has nothing to due with the child they brought into this world. So why are the kids the ones suffering the most? Sad but true the cycle continues...
