Weight

Why is weight a topic that we as women hate to discuss? Weight has and will always be a sensitive subject to us women. Looks are deceiving no woman wants to really tell anyone their real weight not even themselves. Getting on a scale for us is like reality smacking us in the face. Majority of us hate when going to the doctors and they ask us to get on the scale, most of us look away dreading to see the number that's about to pop up. Women bodies tend to fluctuate throughout the years. We no longer can fit into our favorite jeans, two piece bikini swimsuits are out of the question and short shorts are no longer in our wardrobes. As we get older our eating habits changes, we tend to eat out more due to convenience and have a few more alcoholic beverages.  Over the years I've noticed how we as women are packing on more pounds in our midsection. And more and more the younger generation of us are becoming overweight at an early age. We tend to overlook the small amount weight gain we have thinking it's only temporary but as time passes small turns into big and now our little tummies have turned into bigger stomaches. We are women tend to eat through our emotions. Whether its being in a good place people tend to consider it happy weight and when going through something bad we tend to indulge a little more then usual not all but most of us. Weight will always be a sensitive subject for us women but why should it be? Is it the fact we are embarrassed of ourselves or are we more worried about how society perceive us?
